Does the organisation have sufficient resources to maintain the campaign’s impetus?
Is there a real hunger at all levels for this project to succeed?

The cause

Is the cause inspiring enough to bring in the funds that you require?
Have you identified what makes your cause unique?
Have you identified the main beneficiaries and the value that will be added for them?
Have you agreed on a clear and consistent campaign message?
Is the message targeted to appeal to your potential major donors?
Have you identified your competitors for the funds you are seeking?
Is there a strong business case for the project?
Is there a clearly identified market for the end product?
