Patrick Boggon - Director

Patrick Boggon BA, DipM, CFRE is Tarnside's Director and principal fundraising consultant. He is also a Director of the Association of Fundraising Consultants and a speaker at conferences and seminars for the UK voluntary sector.

Patrick has built a track record of success; helping charities meet their goals, both financial and strategic. His market knowledge and expertise bring focus and structure to the fundraising process whilst his personal skills ensure that clients and supporters alike are listened to, respected and supported.

Patrick works alongside clients to understand their needs and to help formulate strategies that fit their organisations and drive progress.  The current challenging economic climate has also proven that these strategies can enable an organisation to meet changing circumstances with speed and agility. His ability to evaluate and come up with practical solutions whilst instilling enthusiasm and motivation to keep the project moving steadily towards its target, has earned Tarnside a solid base of long-term clients.

Patrick was in the UK's first group of senior fundraisers to achieve the CFRE qualification. He supports clients in-house with training, coaching and mentoring as well as trustee 'Think Tank' days.

Patrick has a skilled team operating behind the scenes, which enables him to use his time to maximum advantage. This helps make sure that client projects operate as cost-effectively as possible.
