The Problem

This is not just about getting advice, it's about a confidential sounding board you can trust, someone with the flexibility to act as critical friend, mentor or coach as the need dictates. You need to feel confident they will add value not just to you but, through you, to your organisation as a whole.

He enjoys working with senior executives in the not-for-profit sector, challenging and refining their ideas and offering support in formulating practical, effective strategies.

Critical Friend

With a diversity of business experience under his own belt, Patrick can offer a personal, supportive yet challenging service. He will listen to your ideas and discuss them with you, acting as a sounding board, helping you refine them and, if required, offering practical help with solutions.
